Operations Centre

Our Cold Drinks Centre in Milton Keynes is responsible for the purchase, distribution and refurbishment of all our cold drink equipment throughout Britain. Every cooler, every vending machine and every piece of dispensing equipment comes from here. 

The Cold Drinks Centre is also the home of our Technical Call Centre (TCC). The team is available 7 days a week, 364 days a year, between 8.00 and 20.00 Monday to Friday, 8.00 to 20.00 on Saturday and 9.00 to 17.00 on Sunday; the team handles over 10,000 calls per week, aiming to answer every call within 6 seconds. Calls range from equipment service requests, new business enquiries and machine movements to customer queries and complaints.

Internally, the Centre is also a support function for our Field Engineering team, and the New Business team. The Telefix team is also based within the TCC, offering support to our customers to get their equipment functioning. As a team they process an average of 4,000 calls per period. The equipment retention team, virtual reps and COP team are also based within the TCC, liaising with customers across GB, National Account Managers and processing equipment contracts.
