The actual length of time it takes to make an offer also varies depending on the position and individual circumstances. However, we never like to keep people waiting so our aim is to always let you know the outcome of your application within 14 days of the final selection event. Initially, your offer will be made over the phone, we’ll then follow this up in writing, usually within five days.
