Corporate Services provide support services to the business through our Legal, Corporate Affairs and Security departments. Corporate Services help to deliver business objectives by providing policies, processes, tools and training. A key aspect of this function is to coach and develop line managers to enable them to make decisions that support our policy, legal compliance and business needs.
The Legal Team is a small team of lawyers who specialise in commercial and employment law. The department's main purpose is to ensure CCE and its employees comply with the law, and the team supports colleagues in managing the legal and business risks we face. It also gives our people access to legal advice which is commercially focused and tailored to business needs. The team can also advise on a wide range of other issues, including competition law.
To join this team, you’ll need a legal qualification, along with experience of applying your knowledge in a commercial environment.

The Corporate Affairs department is a small team, and covers a wide area of communication functions. It has responsibility for governmental affairs, community relations and reputation and incident management.
The team works with our people across all functions, and advises and coaches managers. If you want to join us in Corporate Affairs, you’ll need to have business savvy, an appreciation of the challenges facing our organisation, and a clear understanding of how each function fits into it. As you’ll need to influence some senior decision makers, strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
Our Security people support all the business functions and are very customer-focused. Join us, and you’ll be responsible for a wide spectrum of tasks that include taking care of security at all sites and the investigation of any crimes committed against CCE or our people. The team also helps to coach and guide our employees on matters of security in order to create a safer environment and to reduce any asset losses.
Security roles operate semi-autonomously, so to fit in here you’ll need strong communication and influencing skills, combined with an analytical mind and solid experience of criminal investigations.
