Cold Drinks Centre

Our Cold Drinks Centre in Milton Keynes is responsible for the purchase, distribution and refurbishment of all Coca-Cola Enterprises cold drink equipment throughout Britain. Every cooler, every vending machine and every piece of dispensing equipment comes from here.

The Cold Drinks Centre is also the home of our National Call Handling Centre. The team handles over 5,000 calls per day, aiming to answer every call within 7 seconds. Calls range from equipment service requests and machine movements to customer queries and complaints. Internally, the Centre handles all parts orders for our 240 strong Field Engineering Force.
