Our telebusiness centre at Peterborough is the voice of Coca-Cola Enterprises to our 26,000 direct delivered customers. We handle one million calls each year; roughly 60% of the calls are out-bound, calling customers at a pre-agreed time to take their order and advise them of relevant promotions.
